Behind closed doors

ITEM:   Behind closed doors and with no cameras present, President Obama signed into law Friday afternoon the bill raising the public debt limit from $12.394 trillion to $14.294 trillion.

<  Why would a chief executive who thrives on publicity want to sign an important bill without benefit of lights and cameras?      Because he is spending the United States into bankruptcy and is not interested in having pictures made of him doing it.
